Woah! Another speed painting, a haunting forest with an even more haunting samurai. I remember in the movie 'Last Samurai' there was an impressive night scene with blue ambient light, I tried capture that same feeling in this painting.

Winter Sun

Woke up today to a winter wonderland :) I was doodling this picture of a samurai on a snow field and a mountain castle in the background all day in my mind, so when I got to the computer I made it in about 1 hour. A personal record of some sort I think.

The picture's size is 1024 x 768 so you can use it nicely as a wallpaper if you like.
